Opened in early 2021, it quickly adapted to serve quarantine travelers, leveraging platforms like Dayuse and Flow. Through strategic adjustments, the hotel reached profitability within 6 months.

The Room at Kallang, a backpacker hotel in Singapore's central east, was recently acquired by us. Previously in disrepair, we're transforming it into a capsule hotel for international backpackers by August 2023. Conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Kallang MRT station.

Located on Club Street in Singapore's CBD, our 5-floor building with 25 suites is managed by 4 staff. Opened in mid-2022, we cater to international travelers. After a month-long renovation, we transformed from a serviced apartment to a welcoming apartment complex, aligning with tourism recovery.
