Qing Yuan has over 20 years of experience in private equity fund management and real estate. Before joining Apex Asia, she managed funds investing in hybrid assets like self-storage, data centers, and car parks across Asia. As China COO and CFO at LimeTree Capital, she helped raise over US$700 million in equity from international investors and developed a nationwide investment platform. Her career includes roles at Credit Suisse in Hong Kong and Singapore, focusing on high-yield debts and pre-IPO investments, as well as early experience at CapitaLand in Singapore, Shanghai, and Beijing. Qing Yuan holds a first-class honors degree in Accounting from Nanyang Technological University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. She is also a Chartered Accountant in Singapore.
